After more than 25 years working in financial and management leadership roles in the public and private sector, Arlene Abreu Mahon, CPA, LCAM, REALTOR® and Business Broker was anxious to share her practical expertise and foresight with those desiring to start/purchase a business, sell a business or improve current business enterprises. This is how AAM Business Services was born!
Arlene has worked with businesses at every stage of the life cycle - including assisting start-up entities, as well as more established businesses, to establish processes and policies, preparing a business for future sale, implementing risk management protocols, advising businesses regarding cutting edge trends in technology and industry, implementing accounting and internal audit procedures, evaluating the earnings and risks of a potential merger or acquisition, providing tax consulting services, and evaluating HR and payroll programs.
Arlene is also providing business brokerage and real estate advisory services for her clients who are interested in buying, selling or investing in a business, or in a residential or commercial property. In 2019, she was eager to share her professional expertise and foresight with those desiring to start/purchase a business, value and sell a business, or improve current business enterprises. At that time, she joined Rod Burns and the Global Business Brokers team at KW. She has successfully executed her vision working with many clients who are buying, selling or investing in businesses.
